Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Chapel Hill, NC to support the Store Management team and lead staff when a manager is unavailable. You will ensure opening/closing procedures are performed and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, coordinating with management, assisting customers, stocking and pricing merchandise, and executing displays.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and solid analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure tasks are completed.
• Attend to customer questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain presentation standards.
