Job summary

CVS Health in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store leadership, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

When managers are unavailable, you lead the team, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations. Full-time role with a flexible schedule and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of activities; communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer relations per policy, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, maintain off-shelf merchandise, reset departments per POGs
