Job summary

CVS Health in Greenville, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, drive customer service, and lead staff when managers are not on site. You will help with opening/closing tasks and maintain merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, resolving issues, stocking shelves, pricing and displaying weekly promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager is unavailable and help ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
