Job summary

CVS Health in Edenton, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise.
