Job summary

CVS Health in Ambler, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team with store execution and customer service leadership.

As a part-time role, you will supervise staff when managers are unavailable, open and close procedures, and ensure accurate merchandising. You will work with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour and benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not onsite to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crews by directing and following up on activities.
• Maintain customer service excellence and handle complaints.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays per planogram.
• Reset departments following planograms and seasonal changes.
