Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and provide a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Merchandise and price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments per planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
