Job summary

CVS Health Ambler is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

This role offers a 25‑hour week with pay ranging from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour, plus benefits where eligible. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries to uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays and signage.
• Protect customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
