Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth execution.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on daily activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote service excellence.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
