Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure that all opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold store standards.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays, while following company policy to ensure a positive CVS shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when management is unavailable.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store standards maintained.
