Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping environment.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise and direct the store crew and communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Manage merchandising tasks: pricing, stocking, displays, and weekly/promotional inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
