Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota is hiring a Part-time Shift Supervisor who supports store management in driving execution and customer service. You will lead the team in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a welcoming CVS experience.

This role offers 24 hours per week, a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, and benefits for eligible hours. The position requires HS diploma and strong communication, with flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle customer relations per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and reset departments following plans (POGs).
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
