Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at CVS/pharmacy in Minnesota. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures to support exceptional customer service.

You will supervise the crew, coordinate with management, price and stock merchandise, and maintain displays. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when manager or supervisor is offsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Ensure customer questions, problems and complaints are addressed per policy and protect confidentiality.
