Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Minnesota. You will support the Store Management team, lead staff during openings and closings, and ensure smooth operations while promoting excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, resolving customer questions and complaints, merchandising, stock management, and implementing displays in line with weekly promotions. 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per weekly/seasonal plans.
