Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, lead the floor, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures while delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise the crew, answer queries, stock shelves, maintain displays, and help drive store performance and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, issues and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; ensure proper merchandise presentation and weekly promotions.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and communicate effectively with store management.
