Responsibilities

• Lead the store in the absence of a manager and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain and merchandise products, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory for promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure proper signage.
