• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew; communicate information between management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer relations per policy, protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, reset departments per POGs.
