Job summary

CVS Health in Tacoma is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a typical 40-hour work week and a competitive pay range. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not onsite to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew by directing, assigning, and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
