CVS Health in Kill Devil Hills, NC is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead the store team in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and drive smooth operations.

You will supervise crew, support customer service excellence, manage displays, stock shelves, and maintain confidentiality while upholding CVS policies.

This role offers a 40-hour week, a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are absent to ensure smooth operations.

• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and effective communication with management.
