Job summary

CVS Health in Wilmington, NC is looking for a dependable Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will help drive store execution, deliver exceptional customer service, and supervise crew when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise staff, greet customers, handle questions, merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed. This full-time role includes a 40-hour week and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate with management.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Price merchandise and manage stock/merchandise presentation.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
