Job summary

CVS Health in Davidson, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and elevate customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role includes a 40-hour work week with a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain merchandising, pricing, stock, and displays.
• Protect customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Open and close store procedures and ensure daily routines.
