Job summary
Krispy Kreme in Bowling Green, KY seeks Shift Supervisors to master the craft and ensure smooth, safe operation of the shop. You will oversee a shift and partner with shop leadership to deliver a WOW experience for our guests, with growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years relevant experience and 1 year supervising. You will lead a high‑performing team, assist with scheduling, onboarding, training and tours, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding our standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Travel 0-10% presence.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
- Manage the flow of service ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
- Help build and lead a high-performing hourly Team Members team.
- Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, inclusive culture.
