Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant teams on shift to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach, train and develop Team Members while ensuring compliance with Church's policy and procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. As a leader, you will monitor service quality, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Supervise team members and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist staff to prepare quality products and keep the restaurant clean.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for staff to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
• Open and close duties as per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow product procedures for preparing all menu items.
• Receive, handle, and store food with proper rotation and icing.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance by employees for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
