• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and direct activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and maintain displays per promotional plans.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews and protect confidentiality of customer information.
• Support opening and closing procedures in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
