Job summary

CVS Health in Indiana is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and lead staff when management is unavailable.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise crew, ensure accurate pricing, stocking, displays, and inventory, and uphold privacy and safety standards while delivering a positive CVS shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, issues, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items
