Qualifications

• 2+ years of quick service supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and deliver guest service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation basics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 1 to 7 team members and supports GM in staffing decisions.
• Runs shifts and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality, guest service, safety and cleanliness.
• Explains menu items to guests and handles transactions at POS.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards.
