Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant supervision.
• Ability to train and lead a team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with shift supervision and policy execution.
• Oversee 1-7 team members.
• Ensure quality, guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Explain menu items to guests accurately.
• Support staffing decisions and scheduling.
