Job summary

CVS Health in Maryland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the store management team. You will lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and drive customer service excellence while opening and closing procedures when a manager is not onsite.

This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and supervisory experience. You’ll help maintain presentation, stock shelves, and support promotions to enhance shopper experience across the CVS pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; price and set displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal inventories and resets.
