Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand and food safety standards across our travel plazas. You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and ensure daily procedures are followed.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and the ability to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays at our locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
