You will guide daily operations, ensure quality beverages and foods, and deliver outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others, coordinating a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow store policies and ensure safety and accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Provide quality beverages and food and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work of two or more employees.
