Qualifications

• Attend to regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, or customize per customer requests.
• Coach and supervise team members in beverage/food prep and customer service.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety, and security are maintained.
