Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations with craft and heart. You will guide partner teams to deliver high-quality beverages and food, maintain store standards, and ensure a welcoming space for our community.

You will coach colleagues, assign tasks, and model strong customer service while upholding safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and relationship building within a busy coffeehouse.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• At least 6 months' customer interaction experience
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure smooth shift execution
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and store security, following company policies
• Provide warm, welcoming service to every guest and build customer relationships
