You will model dependable attendance, manage flexible hours, and help the store achieve quality beverages, food, cash handling, and safety standards during every shift.

You will mentor partners, delegate tasks to a small team, and coach colleagues to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining the brand’s values and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest experience during shifts.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate tasks of 2+ employees.
• Maintain cash handling, store safety, and security procedures.
• Coach partners to deliver fast, friendly service and quality products.
