Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security
