Qualifications

• Attend consistently and be punctual, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months in a role with constant customer interaction and requests.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes, including substitutions or changes.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.
