Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Effective oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient service
• Prepare and supervise beverage/food prep to standard recipes and customer requests
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance while supporting team development
