Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage to standard recipes or customized per customer.
• Six months experience delegating tasks across multiple staff.
