Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, guiding a team to deliver quality beverages and a welcoming store experience for the community.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will ensure policy adherence, safety, and strong teamwork while supporting partner development.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and safety standards

Responsibilities

• As a shift supervisor you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth store operations
• Provide quality beverages and food products and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Model excellent customer service and resolve issues with professionalism
• Support training and development of partners to foster growth and retention
