Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shift activities with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space.
• Coordinate tasks of two or more employees and ensure smooth shift operations.
