Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating 2+ employees
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations
