Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to follow store policies and maintain safety and cash handling standards
• Ability to learn quickly and direct work of others

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and maintain quality beverages and foods
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workloads
• Ensure store safety and security policies are followed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
