Qualifications

Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating the work of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to recipes or customize for customers.
Provide quality beverages and food while upholding store policies and safety.
