Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Coach and train teammates on beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.
