Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with frequent customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise team members to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling and quality standards.
• Lead shift operations and coordinate tasks across two or more employees.
• Uphold Starbucks policies and brand standards during every shift.
