Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• 6 months customer-facing experience required.
• 6 months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a focus on quality beverages and foods.
• Delegate tasks and coach team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customer modifications.
