Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to meet store policies and food/beverage standards.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coffeehouse team during shifts to ensure quality beverages.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate 2+ employees.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and security procedures.
