Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring interaction with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Coach and develop team members; manage tasks and station duties during the shift.
• Oversee cash handling, store safety, and security procedures.
