Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff members.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral communication and knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to run shift smoothly.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and comply with store policies during shifts.
