Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications; adapt as needed.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure quality beverages and service.
• Coach and develop partners to maintain high standards and efficiency.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security procedures.
