The role requires coordinating tasks, directing staff, and upholding safety, with flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Ability to meet store policies and standards including safety and cash handling.
• Six months’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare and coach beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workflows.
