Job summary

The Chattanoogan Hotel (Curio by Hilton) seeks a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead service excellence during assigned shifts and support the store manager in daily operations for hotel guests and locals.

You will coach team members, ensure prompt service and high-quality beverages, maintain a clean, welcoming coffee shop environment, and adhere to company policies while delivering the legendary guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Food and Beverage or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English at a functional level.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and delegate tasks to team.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a clean environment.
• Organize opening and closing duties and execute shift operations.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Follow cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Train and coach team members during shifts.
